Toutes les formations de l’Académie Ruth Niddam reposent sur un socle commun issu de plus de trente années de pratique : lecture du visage, compréhension des tissus, stimulation de la microcirculation, travail des méridiens et des points d’acupression, précision de la pression et intention du geste.
Ce socle manuel s’adapte ensuite à chaque outil et à chaque technologie. Il ne s’agit pas de reproduire une chorégraphie, mais d’apprendre à observer, ressentir et choisir le geste ou la stratégie de soin adaptés.

Overall objective
Enable the practitioner to master the full architecture of a Ruth Niddam treatment by integrating functional facial assessment, manual biohacking, strategic use of technologies, and the creation of signature protocols in order to reach expert positioning and create real transformation in her treatment-room practice.
Skills developed
Upon completion of the training, the practitioner will be able to: carry out a global and strategic facial assessment, build a fully personalized protocol, combine hands + technologies coherently, work on tissues according to their physiology, create a premium signature treatment, structure a transformational treatment plan, and adapt her professional positioning.

Biohacking manuel du visage, lift naturel & lecture du visage
Reimagined and optimized Japanese art
Overall training objective
Enable the practitioner to acquire a structured professional gesture inspired by Kobido, integrated into the Ruth Niddam method, in order to stimulate tissues deeply, restart circulation, improve facial tone, build a lifting treatment immediately usable in the treatment room, and adapt the protocol to each facial morphology.
Skills developed
Upon completion of the training, the practitioner will be able to: analyze a face globally, identify areas of tension and release, adopt an accurate and sustainable working posture, perform precise and structured lifting gestures, modulate rhythm, pressure, and depth, build a personalized protocol, and achieve a visible lifting effect from the first session.

Bio hacking tissulaire, lift naturel & précision gestuelle
Overall training objective
Enable the practitioner to integrate Gua Sha as a professional tissue-stimulation tool in order to restart circulation, improve skin quality, work on facial volumes, strengthen the natural lifting effect, and build an expert treatment immediately usable in the treatment room. Gua Sha is not taught as an accessory, but as an extension of the hand’s intelligence in the Ruth Niddam method.
Skills developed
Upon completion of the training, the practitioner will be able to: choose and position the tool correctly, adapt the angle and pressure according to the area, stimulate microcirculation and drainage, improve tissue tone, work on facial volumes, integrate Gua Sha into a structured treatment-room protocol, and obtain a visible result from the first session.
