The effectiveness of gua sha relies on a regular routine. Here are our tips for use for best results:Step 1 – Prepare your skin
- Clean your face.
- Apply an oil or serum to facilitate the massage.
Step 2 – The right gestures with gua sha
- Neck : slide the tool from the bottom of the neck towards the jaw, slow movements.
- Jaw : start from the chin and go up towards the ear.
