Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Any order placed for a product listed in the online store of the website https://www.ruthniddam.fr implies that the consumer (the “CLIENT”) has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale in advance. Clicking to confirm the order constitutes full acceptance of these terms and acts as a “digital signature.”
Product Information
All efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on the SITE. However, THE SELLER and its suppliers are not responsible for any consequences, incidents, or special damages resulting from electronic transmissions or the accuracy of the information provided, even if THE SELLER was aware of the possibility of such damages. Product names and trademarks are used solely for identification purposes. Photos, descriptions, and product prices are not contractual.
Exclusion of Warranty for Misuse
Damages to products that do not result from manufacturing defects but are caused by misuse, negligence, drops, or any other cause attributable to the buyer cannot under any circumstances be refunded or exchanged by the seller. It is the buyer’s responsibility to handle and use products carefully. We advise our clients to store products with caution. For the Gua Sha My Jeaneth™️, please store it in the provided case after each use.
Prices
Our prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include all French taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes).
The price shown on the product page does not include shipping costs.
Shipping fees are charged according to the destination country.
The total amount due, indicated in the order confirmation, is the final price to be paid, including all taxes.
Delivery fees applicable at the time of the order are available on the SITE.
Right of Withdrawal and Product Return Policy
The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons.
In accordance with Articles L. 120-20, the CLIENT has fourteen (14) calendar days to return, at their own expense, any products that do not meet their expectations. This period begins on the day the CLIENT receives the order. Any return must be notified in advance to the SELLER’s Customer Service. The product must be returned to the SELLER’s address.
Only products returned in their entirety, in their original complete packaging, intact and in perfect resale condition, will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has been altered, will not be refunded, accepted, or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for shipping, packaging, and return costs.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT may choose either a refund of the amount paid or an exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, shipping will be at the CLIENT’s expense.
In the event of a withdrawal, the SELLER will make every effort to refund the CLIENT within thirty (30) days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
