Hydra-Skin® (a device similar to Hydrafacial) offers a unique combination of cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection for the skin. This treatment is performed using a state-of-the-art electronic device.
For example, Hydra-Skin can be performed a few weeks before or after a medium peel, radiofrequency, KOBIDO massage, or microneedling to optimize their effects.
WHY IS Hydra-Skin® NECESSARY?
Deep skin cleansing is also an optimal preparation step for other anti-aging treatments. Regenerated, stimulated, and hydrated skin allows other rejuvenation treatments to be more effective and prolongs their results.
Two main steps are necessary:
1 – DEEP SKIN CLEANSING
The dermatological cleansing of the skin aims to remove comedones or microcysts on the face. Hydra-Skin® is a true deep treatment designed to clean the skin thoroughly and correct imperfections in skin tone.
2 – HYDRATION

Steps of Hydra-Skin® Hydration Treatment
Hydra-Skin treatment can be performed on all skin types, for both women and men, all year round.
Step 1: Skin Quality Assessment
A personalized consultation evaluates skin quality and identifies your needs. Questions about your daily skincare routine—cleansers, creams, serums—are asked to ensure a customized treatment tailored to you.
Step 2: Dermo-Cleansing & Infusion
At our center, we use two technologies: Hydra-Skin® (Hydrafacial-like device) and Jet Peel® (winner of the 2021 h.Pierantoni Innovation Award). Both effectively correct skin imperfections (blackheads, microcysts, wrinkles, stretch marks, scars, etc.) without needles or injections.
Using a patented handpiece, Jet Peel generates a high-pressure flow to gently exfoliate dead cells and surface impurities. Without needles or pain, the jet creates micro-channels in the epidermis, allowing active ingredients to reach deeper skin layers.
Hydra-Skin® also offers an optional diamond crystal exfoliation to remove dead skin mechanically and infuse nutrients. Its spiral device creates a vortex that extracts impurities while introducing serums and vitamins.
For Jet Peel®, the pressure difference allows deep penetration and transdermal diffusion of active ingredients. Releasing this pressure closes the micro-channels, locking in hyaluronic acid, vitamins, or glycolic acid for long-term effects. Results are noticeable on wrinkles, stretch marks, scars, and pigmentation spots.
Step 3: Cyst and Blackhead Extraction
This optional step depends on skin condition, especially for oily skin with enlarged pores. Microcysts are small white sebaceous lumps under the skin forming tiny bumps, unlike acne, they are not pigmented. Blackheads are usually due to surface oil oxidation mixed with impurities.
Using Hydra-Skin®, Jet Peel, or a micro-needle, we remove microcysts, blackheads, and comedones. The procedure can be slightly uncomfortable.
Step 4: Deep penetration & transdermal diffusion of active ingredients
Based on the protocol or desired result, different formulas enriched with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals are used: Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins A + E, Vitamin B5, Vitamin C, Glycolic Acid, and other anti-aging actives using nanotechnology.
Step 5: LED Light Therapy – a gentle and effective technique
Widely used in the US by celebrities, LED light emits monochromatic radiation that affects cells physically and chemically, especially in the dermis. Fibroblasts produce more elastin and collagen. LED color choice determines its effect: red for anti-aging, blue for acne, yellow for specific skin concerns. LED is non-invasive, effective, and widely used in medical and aesthetic treatments.
After LED, a soothing anti-inflammatory cream or VIVALTO serum oil is applied, followed by sunscreen.
Step 6: Post-Treatment Skin Care
Depending on your skin type and age, different follow-ups are recommended. Hydra-Skin® treatments aim to correct or delay aging, treat skin laxity, redness, brown spots, or scars, protecting the skin against environmental stress and natural aging.

Contraindications
Hydra-Skin® is suitable for all skin types. Minor contraindications include glycolic acid allergies, skin irritation, or local infections (herpes). Pregnant or breastfeeding women are not treated. Acne sufferers with inflammatory acne are not treated on affected areas but non-inflammatory acne is compatible.
